Return Process

  Log into your VVD account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a digital return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the original items in their initial packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to any authorized courier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed within 5-7 business days.
